Two kinds of cookie, and where each one runs

The learning app uses only strictly necessary cookies that the site needs to work. Our public marketing pages, such as the homepage and the readiness check page, also use one advertising measurement cookie from Meta, so we can see how well our adverts perform. We never sell your data. The advertising cookie runs on parent facing marketing pages only, never inside a child's learning session, and children have no account and are never tracked. You can decline the advertising cookie in the banner.

The cookies we set

• Supabase auth session: keeps you (or your child) securely signed in as you move between pages. Without it you would have to log in on every click.
• q11_preview: a simple tester gate that lets invited testers see the site before public launch.
• q11_cookie_ack: remembers that you have seen this cookie notice, so we do not show the banner again. This one is stored in your browser, not sent to our servers.
• Meta advertising pixel: on our marketing pages only, this lets us measure how well our adverts work and reach parents who may be interested. It is not used inside a child's learning session, and you can decline it in the cookie banner.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block the session cookie, signing in will not work. For more on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Notice.
